When you choose WhatsApp
When you send an enquiry, your event details are passed internally to the team handling it. Price, availability, quotation and booking terms are confirmed during follow-up.
WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta. Review the prepared message before sending and include only information needed to answer the event enquiry. The event details may be used to respond, prepare a quotation and coordinate the requested service.
Data minimisation and contact
Do not send identification numbers, payment-card details, medical information or unrelated personal data through the request builder. Photos and venue instructions should also be checked for unnecessary personal information.
For an access, correction or privacy question, name the page and describe the information or interaction involved. Use the contact page or WhatsApp so the request can be matched to the relevant part of the site and enquiry.
